Cellularline acquires 80% of the share capital of Worldconnect: all the advisors

Cellularline, a company working in the smartphone and tablet accessories industry and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (MTA), agreed to acquire 80% of the shares in the Swiss company WorldConnect, a well known for its premium travel adapters brands Skross and Q2 Power. The consideration for the acquisition is CHF 15.8 million. Closing is expected to occur in Q.3 2020.
