Pestalozzi: CH Media enters into a TV and streaming partnership with Sunrise

CH Media enters into a partnership agreement with Sunrise UPC in the national TV and streaming market. The streaming service “oneplus” will become an integral part of Sunrise UPC’s TV offering, and as part of the transaction Sunrise UPC acquired a 20% stake in CH Media TV, which includes all domestic channel brands of CH Media (3+, 4+, 5+, 6+, 7+, TV24, TV25 and S1) and the streaming service “oneplus”. Further CH Media will become the main partner of MySports on free TV.

Pestalozzi advised CH Media on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
