BianchiSchwald has promoted Charles-Louis Notter to Managing Associate within the litigation practice group as of January 1st, 2023.
Notter has joined BianchiSchwald in Geneva in 2019 and specializes in civil litigation, with a focus on asset recovery and tracing, as well as in criminal law and international mutual assistance matters. As part of his activity, he advises clients in national and international cases related to criminal law, such as white-collar crimes and money-laundering, as well as electronic surveillance of telecommunication networks and media. His other areas of practice are commercial litigation and labor law.
