CMS Switzerland advised Avectris in Logicare’s acquisition

Avectris, a Baden-based full-service IT provider for Swiss mid-market companies, further expands its portfolio in the healthcare sector and acquires Logicare. Founded by hospitals in 2006 and based in Dübendorf, the company combines many years of IT, industry and process expertise in the area of clinics, acute hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare institutions.

Avectris considers the healthcare sector to be one of its strategic growth areas. By virtue of the combination of the expertise of Logicare with Avectris’ know-how and capabilities in IT infrastructure, IT security and IT application, Avectris will be in an even better position in the future to provide customers in the healthcare sector with comprehensive support and customized consulting on all IT-related aspects.

The team

A team from CMS Switzerland advised Avectris on all legal matters of the transaction.
