CMS advised Valeta Group in Sirag, Univer and Uniprod’s acquisition

Valeta-portfolio company of Halder, a Germany-based developer of application-specific systems in the areas of power, control and motion, has acquired a majority stake in Switzerland-based supplier of pneumatics Sirag, Univer and Uniprod. Valeta group consists of Drumag and EPH Elektronik Produktions, therefore Sirag, Univer and Uniprod will be integrated together with Drumag and EPH in Valeta group. The transaction will help Valeta to expand its products and offerings and increase its geographic presence in Switzerland.
