CMS advises Everbridge on the acquisition of Techwan

The global software company Everbridge has acquired all of the issued shares in Techwan, a Swiss software company which specializes in public safety solutions and whose command and control systems are developed for and used by police departments, fire brigades, ambulances, airports and private companies.

The base consideration was paid in part in cash and in part in newly issued shares of common stock in Everbridge. With the acquisition of Techwan, Everbridge is looking to expand its customer base and acquire strategic technology assets to enhance its product offerings.
