CMS advises on the sale of Intercard Holding
The Austria and Germany based exceet Card Group acquired 100% of Intercard Holding from its prior shareholders. Intercard, with head office in Zurich, is a leading provider of smart card solutions in Switzerland. exceet Card Group is a major European provider of smart card solutions serving customers in Germany and Austria, but also in other European countries. exceet Card Group operates four production sites in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Czech Republic with an annual production of 300M smart cards.
