CMS advises SYNLAB on the sale to Sonic Healthcare
SYNLAB and Sonic have announced the sale of its Swiss business SYNLAB Suisse to Sonic Healthcare for a purchase price of CHF 150 million, having received the required approval of the Swiss antitrust authority. The closing of the transaction is expected for 3 July 2023.
