CMS and Valfor on Axius Group’s sale

CMS advised Comdat/Smartec in the acquisition of the printing services provider Axius, whose shareholders were represented by Valfor.

The Comdat/Smartec Group integrates into its network the Axius Group, a printing provider and document management solutions in the Romandie for 30 years. The Axius Group consists of three entities with sites in Sion, Lausanne, and Geneva. With the expansion to the Romandie, the Comdat/Smartec Group now covers the entire Swiss market in the printing industry.

Both enterprises are the leading Xerox concessionaire in their respective region. Therefore, the acquisition of the Axius Group by the Comdat/Smartec Group is an ideal succession solution for Axius Group’s founders, who will continue their sales activities and support the integration of the Axius Group.
