CMS with Bruker on Tofwerk ownership stake acquisition

CMS advised Bruker on the acquisition of an additional 60% ownership stake in Tofwerk,  a Switzerland-based company, specialised in ultra-fast time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometry technology for small molecule applied markets. Pursuant to the deal, Bruker brings its ownership to 100%.

Zurich-based Stefan Brunnschweiler and Andrea Relly led the CMS cross-border  team on the operation. The firm’s Swiss lineup further included Samuel Gang, Alexander Salamon, Miryam Meile, Helena Loretan.

Further offices involved in the matter are CMS Germany, CMS China, CMS Italy, CMS Norway, Troutman Pepper Locke, City-Yuwa Partners Japan, and Bae, Kim & Lee.
