CMS with FS Partners on sale to Valtus Group

CMS advised Herisau-based FS Partners in connection with its sale to Valtus Group.

The parties

Founded in 2009, selling part FS Partners specialises across CFO and finance interim management. The Buyer, Valtus Group, is a globally-active provider of executive interim management.

Partner Daniel Jenny (pictured) led the CMS team on the matter, working alongside senior associates Samuel Gang, Florian Jung and Anna Mast, associate Maximilan Hauser, and substitute Lorenz Schmider (all corporate/M&A) as well as partner Mark Cagienard (tax).
