Homburger with Coinbase in its acquisition of crypto wallet firm BRD 

Coinbase, a provider of end-to-end financial infrastructure and technology for the cryptoeconomy, has acquired BRD, a crypto wallet firm. 

Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to Coinbase in this transaction.
