The Swiss Neolution joins Collana IT group. The advisors

Collana IT has acquired all the shares in the Swiss Neolution, a company specialized in complex web and mobile solutions with outstanding testimonials from financial institutions, insurances and companies in the field of telecommunication, ICT and health sector. 

Collana IT, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, provides IT excellence across different sectors with more than 150 employees in collaboration with specialized IT companies in the DACH region. 

The Swiss Neolution, based in Pfäffikon, will complement the Collana IT group as an integral part with effect from March 25th, 2022.
