Dan Mamane, a Swiss entrepreneur, announced the acquisition of Conforama Suisse, a Swiss home appliances, furniture, and electronics retailer. It is headquartered in Bussigny, canton of Vaud, Switzerland and operates 22 stores in Switzerland, employing 1,200 people. Mamane is a serial entrepreneur, with extensive knowledge of the Swiss home furnishings market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
