Niederer Kraft Frey advised Coop on the acquisition of Interkauf

Coop, the leading retailer and wholesaler in Switzerland, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire The Perry Center in Oftringen, operated by Interkauf. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Built in 1973, the Perry Center is comprised of 5500 m2 and includes shops, restaurants and a hotel.
