Daniel Girsberger moves to Kaufmann Rüedi as a consultant

Daniel Girsberger has moved from Zurich to Lucerne, more precisely from Wenger Vieli to Kaufmann Rüedi Rechtsanwälte. He will take up his new position as a consultant at the Lucerne firm after eight years at the Zurich law firm.

Girsberger has been a full professor of Swiss and international private, commercial and procedural law as well as comparative private law at the University of Lucerne since 2001. He is also President of the Centre for Conflict Resolution (CCR) of the University of Lucerne.
