David Müller joins the CMS’ banking & corporate department as an attorney

David Müller (pictured), after successfully completing his internship at CMS and obtaining his law license, is now joining their Banking and Corporate Department as an attorney in Geneva.

He will work alongside Mr. Pascal Favre, Mr. Jérôme Levrat, and Mr. Vaïk Müller, as well as with the team members responsible for the department in Geneva.

David Müller’s career path

David Müller earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lausanne in 2020, during which he completed a one-year exchange program at the University of Zurich. He then received a Master’s degree in Law and Economics (HEC & Law) from the University of Lausanne in 2022.

Alongside his studies, he also worked part-time in law firms in Lausanne and Vevey, as well as at a court as an ad hoc clerk. He has also been involved in associations, serving as Administrator and Vice President of Legal Affairs for the EPFL Junior Enterprise. Before joining CMS, he worked in tax advisory for EY in Geneva.
