Homburger with Dekra on its partial acquisition of Swiss Spearhead 

Dekra, the German vehicle inspection company, announced the acquisition of a minority stake in Spearhead, a Swiss company specializing in data analytics for automotive claims and vehicle lifecycle management. 

Homburger acted as legal counsel to Dekra with a team led by partner Gregor Bühler (ip / it, pictured) and included lead associate Guy Deillon (corporate /m&a)), associates Romain Fakhoury (corporate /m&a), Philippe Baumann (ip / it), Gabriel Kasper (ip / it), Ivan Marijanovic (employment and executive compensation) and Allegra Arnold (competition).
