Dianne Schepers joins Game Developer FunPlus as New General Counsel

FunPlus, the independent game developer, appoints Dianne Schepers (pictured) as new general counsel. Schepers will be responsible for looking after the legal operations of the western market and coming up with insights for strategic moves of the company’s global leaders, studios, and business units.

Schepers, the corporate/commercial & M&A attorney, joins FunPlus with more than 30 years of experience in tech projects and businesses. She has served and still serves in many high level posts, most recently as the and Co-Chair SVBS Switzerland at Silicon Valley Blockchai Society (SVBS), Chairman of the Board at DCARPE Alliance Association and An Advisory Board Member with Livingstone Greentec. She is also a member of the Investing Working Group of the Crypto Valley Association.

Founded in 2010, FunPlus is an independent game developer and publisher headquartered in Switzerland and Singapore with operations in Spain, Sweden, Russia, United States, Japan, and China. Employing nearly 1,600, the company has developed and published mobile games.
