Pestalozzi advises DNM Swiss on its authorisation by FINMA as trustee 

DNM Swiss received the decision from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA regarding its authorisation as trustee under the Financial Institutions Act. 

As of December 09, 2021, FINMA has granted only a very few trustee licenses under the Financial Institutions Act.  

Pestalozzi advises DNM Swiss in all legal, contractual and regulatory aspects regarding the trustee license. The team included Andrea Huber (lead partner, pictured), Oliver Widmer (partner), Joseph A. Steiner (senior associate), Nando Lappert (associate), Manu Ferro (associate)
