Vischer with Ego Movement in its partnership with Tvs Motor Company
Tvs Motor Company, an Indian based global two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturer and the flagship company of the USD 8.5 billion TVS Group, has agreed on a long-term strategic a partnership with Ego Movement, a fast-growing Swiss e-mobility company, as a majority shareholder, in an all-cash deal through its Singapore Subsidiary Tvs Motor (Singapore).
Ego Movement is a Swiss technology company providing mobility solutions through a portfolio of e-bikes, e-cargo bikes, and e-scooters. Ego Movement’s product portfolio focuses on delivering sustainable products with the latest technology and stylish designs.
Vischer advised Ego Movement and its shareholders in this transaction.
