Mobimo Holding acquires ERNI Real Estate and its subsidiary

Mobimo Holding has entered into an agreement to acquire ERNI Real Estate and its subsidiary ERNI Liegenschaften 

ERNI Real Estate and its subsidiary ERNI Liegenschaften hold an area of around 16,000 m2 in Wangen-Brüttisellen. The area comprises two buildings and a 12,000 m2 area with development potential. 

Bär & Karrer advised the shareholders of ERNI Real Estate on the sale. The team included partner Corrado Rampini (pictured) and associate Kilian Müller (both real estate) as well as partner Daniel Bader, associate Cyrill Diefenbacher and partner Susanne Schreiber (all taxes).
