Bratschi welcomes Etienne Gard into the firm’s partnership

Bratschi has promoted Etienne Gard (pictured) to join the firm’s partnership.

Etienne Gard’s legal practice focuses on corporate and contract law matters (especially domestic and cross-border m&a transactions) on the one hand and commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings on the other. 

Etienne Gard is a member of the professional practice groups ‘Corporations and Transactions’, ‘Arbitration’ and ‘Litigation and Insolvency’. He is also a member of the practice-oriented industry groups ‘Pharma and Healthcare’ and ‘Telecommunications and Energy’. 

The firm also announced the appointment of Bruno Räss as Of Counsel.
