Eversheds Sutherland opens new office in Zug

Eversheds Sutherland continues to grow its presence in Switzerland and opens a new office in Zug. The office is run by Michael Mosimann (pictured), attorney at law and notary public. His areas of expertise include: Private equity, venture capital and M&A, Crypto assets and regulation, General corporate (in particular Startups), Commercial and IT, Notarial services. The office in Zug, one of the most innovative regions of the country, is the fourth for Eversheds Sutherland in the area.
