Fabian Martens joins Pestalozzi’s competition practice as partner

Pestalozzi appointed Fabian Martens (pictured) to the firm’s partnership. Martens will be part of the firm’s competition practice.

Fabian Martens is an experienced lawyer in the field of Swiss and European competition and anti-trust law with a strong background on the economic underpinnings. He advises clients in all fields of competition law and conducts proceedings before the competition authorities and under private antitrust law (damages claims), along with merger control proceedings and compliance programs, training, e-learning, mock dawn raids and internal investigations. In addition, Fabian Martens has extensive expertise in public procurement law and regulated markets.
