Farner Consulting and Waterland enter growth partnership. The advisors

The shareholders of Farner Consulting, a Swiss communication and advertising agency, have entered into a strategic partnership with Waterland Private Equity. Together they pursue an international growth strategy, aiming to expand Farner within Europe. 

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the Farner partners. The team of Bär & Karrer was co-led by partner Christoph Neeracher (pictured right) and partner Philippe Seiler (pictured left) and included associate Arnold Romero and junior associate Lazar Lepir (all m&a), associate Tim Salz (financing) as well as partner Susanne Schreiber, partner Cyrill Diefenbacher and associate Julian Hodel (all tax).
