Homburger with finpair in Gorilla Sports Holdings new Schuldschein Loans 

Homburger acted as counsel to finpair in its capacity as arranger in connection with the issuance of certain Schuldschein Loans to Gorilla Sports Holding. 

Founded in 2018 on the initiative of Norddeutsche Landesbank, finpair, a German fintech company, operates a digital one-stop platform for the issuance of Schuldschein Loans. Gorilla Sports Group offers a wide range of fitness items and is active in 24 countries around the globe. 

Homburger advised finpair with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction. The team was led by partner Jürg Frick (financing and investment products, pictured) and included associate Stefan Bindschedler (financing and investment products) as well as partner Stefan Oesterhelt (tax).
