Flowit announced CHF 4mln seed funding round: Walder Wyss

Walder Wyss advised Flowit, a Swiss startup working on changing traditional approaches to personnel development with its AI-based “digital coach”, on the successful completion of its first and oversubscribed CHF 4 million seed funding round which was co-led by Vi Partners and Alstin Capital.

Flowit

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Zürich, Flowit is s a digital HR software. It offers pulse surveys, evaluation of development goals, a meeting tool, instant feedback, skill management as well as results in real time based on which specific action steps are suggested. It helps managers gain a better understanding of their employees’ needs and wishes and it enables employees to take responsibility for their own development.
