Homburger advises FNZ on the closing of its acquisition of Appway 

On January 31, 2022, FNZ, a global wealth management platform, has completed the acquisition of Appway, the leader in client onboarding and servicing for financial institutions. 

Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to FNZ in this transaction.
