Froriep with Seba in the launch of its ETPs Program at SIX
Froriep have accompanied Seba Bank in the launch of the Exchange Traded Products Program of SA1 and has advised on setting up a comprehensive program for cryptocurrency linked ETPs.
The ETPs allow investors to participate in the performance of the emerging asset class of cryptocurrencies.
With Ronald Kogens (pictured), Catrina Luchsinger and Mark Montanari a Froriep team in blockchain and financial markets were in charge of this process. The tax structuring was advised by the Froriep partner Marcel Jung, a renowned specialist in taxation of investment products.
