Frutiger acquires 30% in Blumer Lehmann: the advisors
Frutiger, a Swiss provider of construction and real estate services with around 2,500 employee completed the acquisition of a 30% participation in Blumer Lehmann, a Swiss timber construction and timber industry company with more than 600 employees.
In connection with the deal, Wenger Vieli advised the buyer, while Walder Wyss represented the selling part.
