Advestra with Swiss investor group on the acquisition of Geschenkidee.ch

A Swiss investor group advised by SME Equity Part­ners has acquired Ring­i­er’s shares in Ges​chen​kidee​.ch, the oper­at­ing com­pany of ges​chen​kidee​.ch, an online shop in Switzer­land for gift items and experiences.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to the investor group. The team con­sisted of partner Beda Kaufmann (pictured), partner Thomas Reut­ter, associate Annina Ham­mer and legal intern Stefanie Ram­sper­ger (all cor­por­ate/m&a), partner Daniel Raun and associate Anna Capaul (both cor­por­ate/m&a, employ­ment), partner Alex­an­der von Jein­sen (fin­ance) as well as partner Laurent Ried­weg (tax).
