The legal team

Bratschi supported GLB in the context of the entire acquisition process. The Bratschi team included Martin Moser (lead, corporate, pictured), Niklaus Hutzli and Valerie Brupbacher (both corporate), as well as Bruno Rieder and Nicola Corvi (both tax).

The company

GLB was founded as a cooperative in Langnau in 1968 and today has over 14,000 members. The company has locations in the cantons of Bern and Zurich and around 800 employees.

The Atmoshaus Group is a family-run company and is 100% owned by Beat and Evelyne Niederberger, who are actively involved in the business. The company employs around 50 people. The Atmoshaus Group has its own building land reserves in many parts of German-speaking Switzerland.
