Global Blue and Far Point announces business combination: the advisors 

Far Point Acquisition Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Global Blue, from Silver Lake and Partners Group. Global Blue is a Switzerland based supplier of financial services for the merchant market in their interactions with foreign customers and a provider of tax processing services.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Niederer Kraft Frey, and Kirkland & Ellis acted as legal advisors to Global Blue and its shareholders. Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Far Point Acquisition Corporation.
