Deutsche Vermögensberatung Aktiengesellschaft acquires Global Sana

Deutsche Vermögensberatung Aktiengesellschaft, Germany’s largest independent financial sales company, has  completed the acquisition of a participation in the independent insurance broker Global Sana. Deutsche Vermögensberatung becomes majority shareholder of Global Sana. The joint objective is to take a leading position in all finance consulting in Switzerland.

Global Sana has been providing insurance solutions for both private individuals and companies in Switzerland since 2014. In the current year, the workforce has grown by 30% to 130 employees.

 

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Deutsche Vermögensberatung Aktiengesellschaft in the transaction. The NKF team was led by partner Manuel Werder (corporate /m&a) and partner Thomas Frick (antitrust /competition), working with associates Binderiya Gan-Ayush, Corinne Russi (both corporate /m&a) and Anne Huber (real estate).
