Pestalozzi advises Grimaldi & Partners on its FINMA authorisation

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA approved the application of Grimaldi & Partners regarding its authorisation as portfolio manager under the Financial Institutions Act (FINIA) three weeks after filing with FINMA.  

Pestalozzi advised the company in all legal, contractual and regulatory aspects regarding the portfolio manager license. 

The Pestalozzi team included partner Andrea Huber (financial services, pictured), associate Manu Ferro and associate Niku Gholamalizadeh (both financial services).
