Gruner AG takes over Basler & Hofmann West AG: the advisors 

Kellerhals Carrard acted as advisor to Gruner AG in the acquisition of Basler & Hofmann West AG, which has around 80 employees and will in future operate under the firm name Gruner Region Bern AG. Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to Basler & Hofmann Group.

With this deal, Gruner – a press release reveal – is significantly expanding its market position in the Berne area and will henceforth have a local presence in the infrastructure sector in the Espace Mittelland.
