Grupo Axo acquired C&A México: the advisers

The boards of Grupo Axo and C&A AG announced the proposed acquisition of C&A México and its subsidiaries by Grupo Axo. The acquisition will expand Axo’s fashion retail brand portfolio. The group has been acquired from Cofra Holding AG. The deal will accelerate C&A Mexico’s expansion and omnichannel strategy for long-term growth.

Creel Garcia-Cuellar Aiza y Enriquez acted as legal advisor to Grupo Axo. The team included Humberto Botti (pictured), Jean Michel Enriquez Dahlhaus, Fernanda Solis Camara Diaz, Jorge Quintanilla, Inigo Irurita.

Galicia Abogados  assisted the seller Cofra Holding AG. The team included Ricardo Garcia Giorgana, Ana Luisa Ibanez, Christian Lippert, Bernardo Posada Martinez, Federico Scheffler, Sebastian Ayza, Juan Carlos Burgos, Irma Ross Navarro,  Florent Patoret and Ricardo Pedroza.
