Gustoso Group enters the Swiss market

Gustoso Group expands into Switzerland with an investment in Burgermeister Schweiz operating the Burgermeister and Cucina restaurants in Switzerland. The founder Aydin Yildirim remains invested with a significant stake.

Munich-based Group operates roughly 80 restaurants in Germany with more than 1,000 employees. Burgermeister Schweiz currently operates 14 restaurants in Zurich, Basel and St. Gallen. The transaction has been completed on 11 May 2022.
