Hans Nater appointed as 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games’ arbitrator

Hans Nater, partner at Nater Dallafior Rechtsanwälte, has been appointed to the ad hoc division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Its purpose is to resolve, in an expedited manner, disputes that arise during the 2020 Olympic Games and the 10-day period leading up to the opening. Where an application is made to the Cas ad hoc Division, the matter is heard by a tribunal of three arbitrators or by a sole arbitrator.
Admitted to the bar since 1973, Hans Nater normally represents clients before state courts, arbitral tribunals and administrative bodies, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. He is a founding partner with Nater Dallafior Rechtsanwälte in Zurich since 2006.
