Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen, a Germany-based company, has acquired majority stake in zetcom Informatikdienstleistungs, a Switzerland-based provider of software solutions for a wide range of client scenarios. The transaction will help Harald Quandt to grow through further internationalization.
