Systems Assembling acquired by Helvetica Capital. The advisors

Markus Niederhauser, the owner of Systems Assembling, a manufacturer in the field of electrical engineering & mechatronics, has completed the sale of the company to Helvetica Capital, an entrepreneurial investor with a focus on Swiss SMEs. 

Founded in 1997, Systems Assembling is headquartered in Boudry with a subsidiary in Portugal. The company employs about 110 people. 

The transaction has been completed on 21 December 2021.
