Heppner to acquire Swiss Group Safram. Walder Wyss advises
Heppner, a specialist creator of transport and logistics solutions, has acquired the international Swiss transport Group Safram. This acquisition forms part of Heppner’s international growth and business diversification strategy with the integration of expertise in dangerous goods transport and logistics.
Founded in 1965, Safram has operations in Switzerland, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Hungary. Safram serves industrial and commercial enterprises looking for a quality logistics service. With sales totalling 90 million Swiss francs in 2020, the Group currently has 400 employees.
Heppner is a specialist creator of transport and logistics solutions and an independent specialist in international transport from and to France. This acquisition will support and broaden Heppner’s distribution capacity in Europe.
