Holtrop and Beckers: New Executive Board at Loyens & Loeff

Harmen Holtrop and Roderik Beckers were appointed to the Executive Board of Loyens & Loeff on 6 October 2022. They were appointed at the Annual General Meeting in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and succeed Bram Linnartz and Thierry Charon, who have successfully led the company during their four-year term of office.

Holtrop (managing partner) and Beckers bring their experience, expertise and drive to take the firm to new heights as a top-tier service provider and responsible employer in its home markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, and several key financial centres around the world.

Harmen Holtrop (pictured left) has joined Loyens & Loeff in 2000, and has a focus on corporate m&a and private equity. He chaired the international committee for several years and was co-chair of the corporate practice group for the last six years.

Roderik Beckers (pictured right) is a tax adviser and partner and has joined the firm in 1998. He has a focus on the real estate and funds practice. He worked at the Loyens & Loeff Paris office from 2001 through 2004 and headed the Paris tax team from 2009 through 2014.
