Homburger assisted AMAG Leasing, a Swiss car leasing services company, to successfully complete the issuance of CHF 100 m 1.625 per cent. Bonds. The fixed-income securities will eventually mature in 2028.
AMAG Leasing’s is the subsidiary of AMAG, a larger mobility services group. Its current portfolio includes over 181,000 contracts valued at more than CHF 5 bn.
