Credit Suisse issued EUR 2 bn aggregate amount of fixed and floating rate senior notes: the advisor

On May 14, 2020, Credit Suisse launched, and on May 18, 2020 completed, the issuance of EUR 1.5 bn aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes due May 2022, and EUR 500 m aggregate principal amount of 0.450% fixed rate senior notes due May 2025, in each case under Credit Suisse’s Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme. The fixed rate senior notes constitute “green bonds“, with the net proceeds therefrom to be allocated to projects and assets in accordance with Credit Suisse’s green finance framework.
