Homburger advised TPG Growth in its acquisition of People 2.0

TPG Growth announced that it acquired a majority stake in P20 Global Holdings Inc. («People 2.0»), a pure play provider of outsourced global employer of record and agent of record services to market makers in talent. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The team

Homburger advised TPG Growth with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the acquisition.
