Homburger advised UBS on its issuance of notes under its Euro Note Programme

On May 13, 2020, UBS, acting through its London branch, completed its issuance of CHF 340,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 0.170 per cent. notes due May 2022 under its Euro Note Programme. The Notes have been provisionally admitted to trading, and application has been made for admission to trading and listing of the Notes, on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The Notes are Swiss law-governed.

The team
