Homburger advises ASML on the planned acquisition of all shares of Berliner Glas

On July 15, 2020, ASML Holding  announced that it has agreed to acquire all shares of Berliner Glas, a privately held German manufacturer of high-end ceramic and optic modules, which are a key component for ASML’s extreme ultraviolet and deep ultraviolet products. The acquisition will be completed after obtaining all the necessary regulatory approvals, which is expected before the end of 2020.

Homburger acted as legal counsel to ASML advising on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
