Homburger advises Credit Suisse and UBS in Farner Consulting’s financing

Homburger has advised Credit Suisse and UBS Switzerland in connection with the financing of Farner Consulting in support of its international buy-&-build strategy.

Farner Consulting, together with its subsidiaries Rod and DU DA, is the leading agency group for communication consulting in Switzerland. Over the past 10 years, Farner has developed into a fully integrated agency group and tripled its turnover. The agency has closed on January 2022 a partnership with Waterland Private Equity to pursue an accelerated growth strategy and international expansion in Europe.

Homburger advised Credit Suisse Switzerland and UBS Switzerland with respect to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction. The team was led by partner Daniel Haeberli (pictured) and included associates Daniel Junginger and Simone Gloor (all financing and investment products) as well as partner Stefan Oesterhelt (tax).
